In this meditation, we explore Synesthesia, "a neurological condition in which when one sense is activated, another unrelated sense is activated at the same time." Try hearing through your skin, seeing through your nose, or touching with your eyes. It's fun!

This meditation operates on three levels: our external boundaries, our internal resistances, and the authentic wholeness we have to offer the world. Based in the mystical, Kabbalistic practice of a meal for the Trees' New Year, explore how you can grow, just as a tree gives forth fruit.

You cannot spend time, only use it wisely. The sages teach that time was God's first blessing. Let's try to examine five moments, each with its own sensations, teachings, and experience. Be in touch with the present.
